Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (AATT) wishes to advise the public that persons who have scheduled flights, and /or are required to check in during the hours of the curfew, should visit the nearest Police Station in their district with their Passports and documents confirming air travel. This will facilitate the issuance of a Curfew Permit. Persons wishing to collect arriving passengers at the Piarco International Airport are also asked to visit their nearest Police station, with two forms of ID, in order to obtain curfew permits.
A Police Booth has been established near to the Information Booth at the Airport to facilitate the issuance of Curfew Permits to passengers arriving in Trinidad and Tobago at the Piarco International Airport. This will grant authorisation for persons leaving the Airport for various destinations between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5 a.m. Airport taxi drivers will also be issued with passes to transport arriving passengers. Passengers should retain all travel documents as proof of their travel.
