CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
As one of the chief faces of Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, the Customer Service Representatives are positioned at strategic points of the airport to render assistance to the public. Our friendly CSRs are easily identifiable to anyone on the estate who may require assistance or information.
AATT Customer Service Representatives provide flight information, help passengers with processing documentation for travel and assist those who need wheel chair services. They are also trained to provide tourist information and offer translation services in French and Spanish to visitors.
Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago currently manages several lounges at the Piarco International Airport which all accommodate our VIP customers. They include:
- The Domestic Departure VIP Lounge
- The Diplomatic Reception Lounge
- The Executive Jet Centre Lounges
- The International Departure VIP Lounge

SOLAR CHARGER AT PIARCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago partnered with The Office of Disaster and Preparedness and Management to install a solar powered charging station at Piarco International Airport. The solar charger is located just outside of the Atrium at the Piarco International Airport.
Simply plug in and let the power of the sun do the rest.
EXECUTIVE JET CENTRE (EJC)
The Executive Jet Centre is a Fixed Based Operation (FBO) at the South Terminal Piarco. It caters to general aviation aircraft and corporate jets. The facilities are manned by Customs, Immigration and Port Health. Visitors to POS who use corporate jets can receive special facilitation and use luxurious state of the art lounges and flight planning facilities.
The EJC will be managed by Signature Flight Support. Signature Flight Support operates over one hundred (100) FBOs across the world. It is currently finalizing an acquisition of Landmark Aviation which would position the new entity as the largest FBO network across the world.
If you have a connecting flight with a long wait in between and wish to go visit the local malls without the hassle of moving around baggage, there is a Left Luggage service to take care of your baggage needs.
At a fee of TT$20 per hour, baggage can be stored temporarily at Left Luggage. This secure service is managed by the Porters and should you be interested in utilising this service, kindly contact the Customer Service Department at 868-669-2288 Ext 4114
